I'm a bit jealous though. We had all these plans too, when we put in the contract on our house, then we realized (too late) that the seller was less than decent and took us for $17,000.00 in the deal and we will never be able to buy a house again and I have to live in rentals and NEVAH EVAH get to do anything to a dwelling that is ours again.
